Lab work was ok, but their billing department leaves a lot to be desired. They were paid by Medicare and my secondary insurance, TriCare for Life. But they sent me an additional bill stating they were trying to recoup some of their loses. They negotiated contracts with the insurance companies and now want more money. I’ve never been billed additional amounts by any other medical providers and I will not be using Sonora Quest labs in the future. What a rip off!
