I'm always satisfied with the service that we get at Kirby Automotive. People are very professional, they never do more than I need to do and if they find something, they're sure to let you know, so we don't use anybody else, we've lived here for quite a long time now - for 14 years, and we would always take our cars to Kirby Automotive.

We actually love Kirby Automotive. Not only did they take care of the problems that we had with the car, but one of the men called us after to see if everything was Ok and e-mailed us. I just like that personal touch. I think they agree and I give them 5 stars.

We've used Kirby Automotive innumerable times and we love the work, that they do and we love their prominence and the fact, that they're able to see us right away. Kirby Automotive get the job done and they keep us informed, what is happening with our car, what is needed and they don't go overboard on anything.
