The Pinon Café is a breakfast and brunch restaurant located at 1001 S Beeline Hwy in Payson, AZ. Our menu is focused on traditional breakfast dishes, featuring a variety of options to satisfy any appetite.

For those who enjoy a classic breakfast sandwich, we offer our Breakfast Sandwiches for $8.50, served with a side of potatoes.

Our Traditional Breakfasts allow you to customize your meal. Choose between scrambled or fried eggs, and then select one of each: meat (bacon or sausage), cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, or Pepper Jack), and bread (White, Wheat, Rye, English Muffin, or Biscuit). These hearty meals are served with your choice of hash browns or country potatoes, as well as toast or a small biscuit with gravy. Gluten-free toast is also available for an additional $1.00.

For those looking for something heartier, we offer specialties such as the 8 oz. Steak & Eggs for $14.00 or the Chicken-Fried Steak & Eggs for $11.00. Both dishes are served with your choice of eggs and sides.

In addition to our breakfast offerings, we also have a selection of Baked Goodies available. Indulge in a Bacon or Sausage & Eggs combo for $10.25, complete with a side of potatoes.
