I bought 2 6 volt rv batteries less then 4 months ago, it was a great experience and have recommended them many times. Now that being said. I had the worst customer service experience in my life with any retailer today at your Prescott Valley. Arizona location. My wife and I stopped by to express my concerns about the two batteries I brought. This guy that wouldn't tell me his name told me I was an idiot and I must have screwed up the batteries, I sell many of these batteries and never have I had this issue. Very very argumentative and disrespectful to me and my wife. I'm not an idot or stupid, when I told him I have been working on cars,trucks and rv's for many years and he said I dought that I've been doing this longer than you are old. What a way to address a retired 68 year old. So now I guess I'm stuck with two batteries that don't hold a charge. It may only be one but nonetheless my jack wont go up and down
