Well, the company has closed; it is after 5:00 and the phone call I was promised has not happened. Customer be ware, use at your own risk.

Well, the technician, who I believe is the owner's son, came out on Saturday to spray the garage, kitchen, baseboards in entry hall, living room, and dining room. On Sunday, I noticed ants crawling out of my garbage disposal into the sink and onto the counter tops. On Monday at approximately 8-9:00 a.m. I called the company, left word about the problem and never heard back from them. I called again about 3:30 and spoke to the women who apparently runs the office. Conversation got a bit heated and she hung up on me. I waited about an hour attempting to get rid of the ants by cleaning out the pantry and wiping it down. Didn't work. I called back and this time she was nicer. Asked if anyone had called me and I told her they had not. Said she was going to contact them again and have them call me. At 4:56 she called me back and said Jaren would be calling me shortly. As I have to go to the hardware store to get something to spray with to kill the ants, I may or may not be home when he calls. I will give them 4 stars for spraying and 2 stars for rudeness by the woman who answers the phone in the late afternoon. They were quick to take my $150, but not to return my call when I am having a problem.
