A dance/fitness/karate studio that offers a variety of classes for a variety of people both young and young at heart. Our classes vary from ballet to ballroom, Zumba to yoga, as well as instruction in A.K.K.A. karate. We are a family friendly facility, so you could be taking a Body Sculpt class while one child is next door taking karate and the other is playing in our Play Zone. The possibilities are limitless, but our mission is simple
