About Chris A. Inman, Attorney at Law:

Chris has lived in Prescott for 15 years with his wife and 3 children. Chris’ law training and experience enable him to provide excellent legal counsel while his experience as a pastor has uniquely prepared him to care for people as they travel through the challenging transitions of life. Chris has volunteered in our community in a number of areas, including as a Little League baseball coach, AYSO soccer referee, School Board member of a private school, along with a number of community service projects. He is a member of the Elder Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Specialties and Practice Areas Include:

Elder Law: Assisting clients in protecting their assets from the potentially catastrophic cost of long-term residential care.

Estate Planning: Assisting clients of all ages in preparing their estate plan. This planning often includes revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills.

Probate: Assisting clients in navigating the probate court system following the death of a loved one who did not conduct any estate planning or simply had a will.
