I really HATE to be this guy. I really do hate to blast a locally-owned business, as this is a small Verde Valley, a bad review hurts more than just the owners of this business. Here is my story: I have a contract with this contractor dated July 15th, 2022 to install a new well on my property, and apply for the new well permit. I gave this contractor a deposit of $7,000 for a down payment. The original install date was supposed to be approximately October 2022. It is now Jan 27th 2023. I have attempted to call, email, etc.. the office on numerous occasions over the last several months, to get an update on my well installation. No answer as to when my well could be installed. I have made numerous, NUMEROUS requests for the owner to call me - he has yet to call me back! I have received numerous excuses - the owner is on vacation, the owner is hunting. Still - when you own a business and you have a very upset customer - the right thing to do is call them back, on vacation or not.... We have only gotten an email response when they asked for money - never an email response back after they received their deposit. I have contacted the Arizona Department of Water Resources, and they stated a new well permit for my property had NEVER been applied for! Additionally, I called Yavapai County Developmental Services, which ALSO stated there had not been a new well permit applied for at my property!! I went to their office today to ask for a refund. I POLITELY asked for a refund. I do not want these guys to install my new well - I am DONE. One of the office ladies stated in a very condescending tone that "The owner would deal with me in person, if he was there, but he is not." I asked yet again for a phone call from the owner. I stated "All I want is a refund, All I want is my money back." The lady additionally said "We never said we wouldn't give you your money back, we just don't have it to give to you!!" THIS COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE MY $7,000!!!!!! So, I paid this contractor $7,000, received NOTHING, this company did not even apply for my new well permit. I cannot get a phone call back from the owner - either to install my well or to return my $7,000 deposit. The office ladies state the business doesn't have the money to pay me back!! Now, I will move forward and file a complaints with Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the local District Attorney's Office, the State Attorney General's Office, the Consumer Protection Agency, State Licensing Board, and their against their licensing bond. I have been in business in the Verde Valley for over 25 years, and would NEVER treat a customer like this. Such a waste of time, money, and effort. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NORTHERN ARIZONA PUMP. And I really do HATE having to be this guy to put this company on blast, but THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Technician guy Cody from Northern Arizona Pump just did a great job. Great personality, friendly and professional. Knowing You guys forever, so that's why I keep coming back, thanks.

I was amazed at how fast the gentleman from Northern Arizona Pump came and he went in and made me look like a little spaghetti. I could not get my sand trap off and he went over there and got it done! so he is my "number one list" to do that kind of work.
